Why I participate: We need to do everything we can to help those who have suffered from being sexually abused. McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center helps children with reducing trauma, fostering healing, and advocating on behalf of all child victims. They are the only facility of its kind in Onondaga County that provides these services to physically and sexually abused children. The money I raise will support children when they need it the most.
