Child Abuse Response Team
In order to promote healing and growth in victims and their families, the Child Abuse Response Team (CART) facilitates, coordinates and integrates the prevention, investigation, prosecution and treatment services of child sexual and physical abuse cases within Onondaga County utilizing a multidisciplinary team model. CART consists of the following organizations:

Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office
Syracuse City Police Department
Onondaga County District Attorney Office
Onondaga County Department of Social Services Children’s Services
